De reservering wordt bevestigd na ontvangst van de onlinebetaling of van het voorschot dat in de offerte staat, onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid van het materiaal op de gevraagde&nbsp;datum.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two il-h2t il-legal-h\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:28px;--awb-margin-bottom:10px;--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:26px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;font-size:1em;line-height:1.15;\">Levering, installatie en ophaling<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4 il-body-t\"><p>InstantLED levert, installeert en haalt het materiaal op op het afgesproken adres en tijdstip. De klant garandeert de toegankelijkheid van de locatie en de aanwezigheid van een gewoon stopcontact in de buurt van de installatieplaats. Afhaling in het depot van Mont-Saint-Guibert is mogelijk op&nbsp;afspraak.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two il-h2t il-legal-h\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:28px;--awb-margin-bottom:10px;--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:26px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;font-size:1em;line-height:1.15;\">Gebruik van het materiaal<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5 il-body-t\"><p>Het materiaal wordt in goede werkende staat toevertrouwd. De klant verbindt zich ertoe het binnen of buiten te gebruiken op een stabiele ondergrond en beschut tegen de regen, het niet zonder akkoord te verplaatsen en het te beschermen tegen schokken, vloeistoffen en beschadiging. Elke beschadiging, elk verlies of elke diefstal tijdens de huurperiode wordt aan de klant gefactureerd op basis van de herstel- of&nbsp;vervangingskosten.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-6 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two il-h2t il-legal-h\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:28px;--awb-margin-bottom:10px;--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:26px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;font-size:1em;line-height:1.15;\">Annulering en verplaatsing<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6 il-body-t\"><p>Elke aanvraag tot annulering of verplaatsing moet per e-mail naar info@instantled.be worden gestuurd. De financi\u00eble annuleringsvoorwaarden staan in de offerte. Een verplaatsing wordt toegestaan in functie van de beschikbaarheid van het materiaal op de nieuwe&nbsp;datum.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-7 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two il-h2t il-legal-h\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:28px;--awb-margin-bottom:10px;--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:26px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;font-size:1em;line-height:1.15;\">Betaling<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7 il-body-t\"><p>De prijzen zijn in euro, btw inbegrepen voor particulieren en exclusief btw voor professionelen, volgens de vermelding op de offerte. De betaling gebeurt beveiligd online of per overschrijving op de rekening die op de factuur&nbsp;staat.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-8 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two il-h2t il-legal-h\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:28px;--awb-margin-bottom:10px;--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:26px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;font-size:1em;line-height:1.15;\">Aansprakelijkheid<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8 il-body-t\"><p>InstantLED kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor indirecte schade in verband met het evenement van de klant. Als leveren onmogelijk is om een reden buiten zijn wil, brengt InstantLED de klant zo snel mogelijk op de hoogte en betaalt het de gestorte bedragen&nbsp;terug.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-9 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two il-h2t il-legal-h\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:28px;--awb-margin-bottom:10px;--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:26px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;font-size:1em;line-height:1.15;\">Geschillen<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9 il-body-t\"><p>Deze voorwaarden vallen onder het Belgische recht.
