Since 2016, InstantLED has been lighting up weddings, birthdays and corporate events. A word, initials, an age or a logo: the letters become the place where people gather, take photos, and remember.

Based in Mont-Saint-Guibert, we prepare each letter with care, then deliver, install and collect anywhere in Belgium, the day before if you wish. You enjoy your evening, the light takes care of the rest.

Before you book

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible for Saturdays from May to September, when the LOVE pack and initials go fast. Check your date online: the answer is immediate and the quote is ready in 2 minutes.

Which size should I choose for my venue?

The 1m20 is the most versatile size in a reception venue. The 1m40 is the choice on a stage, in a lobby or outdoors. The 70 cm sits on a table, a counter or a candy bar.

How does delivery work?

Our teams deliver, install and collect the letters anywhere in Belgium. The amount is stated in your quote before confirmation, with no surcharge afterwards. Pickup on site is also possible.

Can I rent numbers and special characters?

Yes: numbers, ampersand, hashtag, heart and custom characters, in the chosen size. A logo or a unique word is made in the workshop and purchased: you keep it after the event.

Do the letters work on a standard socket?

Yes. Each letter is fitted with low-consumption LED bulbs and the whole set plugs into a standard household socket. Our teams take care of the connection at installation.

Do you also sell light-up letters?

Yes. Standard letters, numbers and characters are rented, and can also be purchased on request. Custom creations, a logo, a unique word or a brand name, are made in the workshop and sold. Describe your project through the contact form and we come back to you with a proposal.
