This advice comes from the questions our teams hear every week on the phone, in quote requests and on site at installation. It applies to all our light-up letters, from the Mini 70 cm to the XL 1m40, for a wedding, a birthday, a family party or a corporate event.

All questions

Is an electrician needed to install the light-up letters?

No. The whole set of letters plugs into a standard household socket thanks to the low-consumption LED bulbs. Our teams take care of the connection at installation and check that everything lights up before leaving.

Do the light-up letters fit through a standard door?

Yes. The 1m20 is about 80 cm wide and 30 cm deep, the 1m40 about 90 cm wide: both fit through a standard door and are carried by two people. Let us know about a narrow staircase or a small lift, we plan the necessary time.

Can the letters be moved during the evening?

It is best to choose the spot with our teams at installation and keep it: the letters are connected and aligned for that place. Moving them during the evening remains possible with two people, after unplugging first, on a flat surface.

What happens if the venue or the address changes?

Our teams’ advice: contact us on 02/616.57.10 or by email as soon as you know, delivery is adjusted for the new address and the booking summary is updated.

Can I rent the light-up letters for 2 days or more?

Yes, for a two-day wedding, a trade show or an exhibition. State the desired duration in the quote request: the price and the collection slot are adapted.

Can children go near the light-up letters?

Yes. The LED bulbs give off very little heat and the letters are stable on their base. As with any decoration, we avoid climbing on them or pulling on the power cable, which our teams run out of the way.
