When you request a quote, book letters or contact us, we collect the data needed to process your request: first name, last name, company name where applicable, email address, phone number, delivery address, date and type of event, message. Payment data is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers.

This data is used to prepare your quote, carry out the rental (delivery, installation, collection), issue the invoice and answer your questions. The legal basis is the performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures, as well as our legal accounting obligations. With your consent, we may send you information about our services; you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Your data is accessible to the InstantLED team members handling your file and to our technical providers: website hosting, email sending, online payment, audience measurement tool. It is never sold.

Data linked to a rental is kept for the legal retention period for accounting documents. Contact requests without follow-up are kept for twelve months.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to info@instantled.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
