General rental terms
InstantLED, Rue de Nivelles 4, 1435 Mont-Saint-Guibert. VAT BE0685.853.841.
Purpose
These terms govern the rental of light-up letters, numbers and characters by InstantLED, Rue de Nivelles 4, 1435 Mont-Saint-Guibert, VAT BE0685.853.841, to any private or business client.
Quote and booking
The quote prepared online or by email specifies the characters rented, the size, the date of the event, the delivery location and the total price, delivery costs included. The booking is confirmed on receipt of the online payment or of the deposit stated in the quote, subject to availability of the equipment on the requested date.
Delivery, installation and collection
InstantLED delivers, installs and collects the equipment at the agreed address and times. The client guarantees access to the venue and the presence of a household electrical socket near the installation point. Pickup at the Mont-Saint-Guibert depot is possible by appointment.
Use of the equipment
The equipment is entrusted in good working order. The client undertakes to use it indoors or outdoors on a stable surface sheltered from the rain, not to move it without agreement and to protect it from impacts, liquids and damage. Any damage, loss or theft during the rental period is invoiced to the client on the basis of the repair or replacement cost.
Cancellation and postponement
Any cancellation or postponement request must be sent by email to info@instantled.be. The financial cancellation terms are specified in the quote. A postponement is granted depending on the availability of the equipment on the new date.
Payment
Prices are in euros, VAT included for private clients and excluding VAT for business clients, as stated in the quote. Payment is made securely online or by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice.
Liability
InstantLED cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to the client’s event. If delivery is impossible for a reason beyond its control, InstantLED informs the client as soon as possible and refunds the sums paid.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Walloon Brabant.
