When to book light-up letters

You plan the rental of light-up letters just like the venue or the caterer: the earlier you check your date, the more choice you have in words and sizes. When to book light-up letters? Here are the guidelines we give our customers.

When to book light-up letters for a wedding?

As soon as the venue is confirmed. Saturdays from May to September are the most requested dates, especially for the LOVE pack and the initials in 1m20. Check your date online as soon as the venue is booked. The answer is immediate and the quote, delivery costs included, is ready in 2 minutes.

Birthdays: a few weeks are enough

Numbers and first names are usually booked a few weeks before the party. 18th, 30th, 40th and 50th birthdays concentrate on weekends: check your date as soon as the party is set, especially in June, September and December.

Companies: according to the scale of the project

A brand name in standard light-up letters is booked like a private event. A logo or a custom word requires a visit to the workshop, and therefore a production lead time: describe your project as early as possible, with your vector file, so that production is scheduled in time.

The end of the year

December piles up corporate parties, Christmas markets and family celebrations. Book the light-up letters XMAS, NOEL or the coming year from autumn.

Booking late: what is still possible

A request a few days before the event is not out of the question. The online quote checks the availability of the light-up letters on your date in real time: if the word and the size are free, the booking is simply confirmed and our teams organise the delivery. How to check a date?

On the home page and on every event page, the date bar answers you immediately. If the date is available, you compose your message in the online quote and our team sends you the quote and the confirmation link. If the date changes, call 02/616.57.10: we check availability and adjust the booking.

What happens after booking

You receive a summary by email with the light-up letters chosen, the size, the date, the delivery address and the amount. A few days before the event, our teams confirm the delivery time. On the day, they install, connect and switch on the light-up letters, and after the party they come and collect them.

Booking early: the concrete advantages

Booking your light-up letters several months in advance means above all having a choice: the LOVE pack in the size you want, the exact initials, the numbers of the age. It also means setting up delivery the day before when the venue allows it, and integrating the light-up letters into the floor plan and the running order of the evening with your caterer, your DJ or your wedding planner. Finally, a booking confirmed early gives you time to add a heart, a first name or a date in 70 cm without stress.

Changing the word or the size after booking

A change of word, size or delivery address remains possible before the event, subject to availability of the equipment. For a logo or a custom creation, the production lead time in the workshop is added: better to discuss it from the first request.

Booking several dates or several venues

An agency, a reception venue or a brand organising a series of events can book several dates at once. Describe the full calendar in your request: we check the availability of the light-up letters for each date, group the deliveries where possible and draw up a single quote, with an invoice in your company’s name.

And if the date is no longer available?

It happens that a word or a size is already booked on the requested date. Our teams then offer you an alternative: the same composition in another size, another word with the same message, or a delivery the day before when the venue is accessible.
